Winter Facility Request

One form per team. Tell us what your team needs each week and when you can and can't be in the building. This is a request, not a confirmed time. We don't place anyone until every team is in, so there is no advantage to submitting first. Once everything is in, we build the schedule and send it out.

2What you need each week

Turn on what you want. Field time is set at one 90 minute session a week. Tell us how often and how long for cages.

Turf field timeHalf of the turf field, for defense and team work
1 night a week90 minutes of turf time

Every team starts with one 90 minute field session a week. If more opens up once everyone is placed, we will reach out.

Turf is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:00 to 9:00 (up to 10:00 if needed), Saturday 8:00 to 1:00, and Sunday 8:00 to 10:00. No turf on Tuesday or Thursday. You will rank your turf night below.

3Your nights, in order

First mark any night you can never come. Then tap nights in the order you want them: first tap is your 1st choice, the next is your 2nd, then 3rd.

Nights you can't come we will never schedule you on these

We try your 1st choice first, then your 2nd and 3rd. If none of them are open, we may use another night you did not mark as can't, and we will tell you.

Tournaments, holidays, school events. Anything that breaks your normal week.
