Nick Swanson
Nick Swanson serves as the Owner of USA Prime Michigan, leading the organization with a clear vision focused on player development, competition, and long-term success. His leadership has been instrumental in building one of the premier travel baseball programs in the Midwest.
Swanson has coached at both Madonna University and Oakland University, bringing valuable collegiate-level experience to the program. He currently serves as the head coach at Cranbrook Schools, where he continues to develop high-level talent and build a competitive culture.
His experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence continue to drive the success and growth of USA Prime Michigan, setting the standard for players and coaches throughout the organization.

Michael Rubenstein
Michael Rubenstein serves as the General Manager of USA Prime Michigan and has been a key part of the organization for several years. Known for his leadership, organization, and commitment to player development, Rubenstein plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of the program.
He works closely with coaches, players, and families to ensure a high-level experience both on and off the field, helping maintain the standard that USA Prime Michigan is known for. His dedication and consistency have made him an integral piece of the organization’s continued success.

Louis Cardinale
Louis Cardinale serves as the Softball Director for USA Prime Michigan, leading the growth and development of the program on the softball side. With a strong passion for the game and a focus on building competitive, disciplined athletes, Cardinale oversees all aspects of player and team development.
He works closely with coaches and families to create a culture centered around accountability, hard work, and long-term success, while helping position players for opportunities at the next level. His leadership has played a key role in expanding and strengthening the softball program within USA Prime Michigan.

Greg Fettes
Greg Fettes serves as the Director of Operations for USA Prime Michigan’s Shelby Township location, playing a key role in organizing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of the program’s newest branches. His leadership and attention to detail help ensure a high-level experience for players, coaches, and families.
A former collegiate catcher at the University of Kentucky, Fettes brings valuable playing experience and a deep understanding of the game. His background allows him to connect with athletes while maintaining the structure and standard that USA Prime Michigan is built on.
Fettes’ consistency, leadership, and commitment to excellence make him an important part of the continued growth and success of the Shelby Township location.

Randy Moore
Randy Moore leads the Mid-Michigan branch of USA Prime Michigan, playing a key role in expanding the organization’s reach and impact across the state. With a strong commitment to player development and a passion for the game, Moore oversees teams, coaches, and operations within the region.
He works closely with athletes and families to provide a competitive, structured environment while maintaining the core values and standards of USA Prime Michigan. His leadership has been instrumental in building a strong presence in Mid-Michigan and creating opportunities for players to develop and compete at a high level.

Pat Kenny
Pat Kenny serves as the Director of USA Prime Michigan’s Shelby Township location, leading one of the organization’s newest and fastest-growing branches. A former All-State shortstop and four-year collegiate starter, Kenny went on to play independent professional baseball, gaining valuable experience and insight at the highest levels of the game.
Following his playing career, Kenny quickly transitioned into coaching, with experience ranging from the junior college level to serving as a head assistant at one of the largest high schools in Michigan.
Kenny brings a proven track record of player development, leadership, and advancement to the next level, making him a major addition to the continued growth of USA Prime Michigan.

Carter Scillion
Carter Scillion serves as the General Manager of our Shelby Township location, playing a key role in the continued growth and development of USA Prime Michigan. As part of one of our newest expansions, he has been instrumental in helping establish a strong foundation for players, coaches, and families in the area.
Working closely with staff and leadership, Scillion helps oversee daily operations while ensuring a high-level, organized experience across the program. His attention to detail and commitment to the USA Prime standard continue to elevate the Shelby Township location.

Dan Cimini
Dan Cimini serves as the Director of Player Development for USA Prime Michigan, bringing an elite level of experience and proven success to the organization. A six-time MHSAA State Championships winner, Cimini has consistently developed high-level athletes and championship-caliber teams throughout his coaching career.
He is currently a coach at De La Salle Collegiate High School, where he continues to build and mentor top talent. In his role with USA Prime Michigan, Cimini works closely with players across all levels, focusing on skill development, baseball IQ, and preparing athletes for success at the next level.
His championship background and passion for development make him a cornerstone of the program and a driving force behind the continued success of USA Prime Michigan.

Blake McRAE
Blake McRae serves as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for USA Prime Michigan, leading the development of athletes both on and off the field. With a focus on performance, durability, and athleticism, he designs and implements training programs that help players maximize their physical potential.
A current professional player in the United Shore Professional Baseball League, McRae brings firsthand experience from the professional level. He also played collegiately as an outfielder at Eastern Michigan University, giving him a strong understanding of what it takes to compete at higher levels of the game.
His energy, knowledge, and commitment to development make him a vital part of preparing USA Prime Michigan athletes for success, helping them build strength, speed, and confidence that translates directly onto the field.

Griffin Green
Griffin Green serves as the Director of Recruiting for USA Prime Michigan, bringing valuable collegiate playing experience and insight into the recruiting process. A former player at Northern Kentucky University and Oakland University, Green understands what it takes to compete and succeed at the next level.
In his role, he works closely with players and families to guide them through the recruiting process, helping maximize exposure and connect athletes with collegiate opportunities.
