Tournament Requests

Coaches: research events, build your schedule and send it to us. You will need the private link and PIN emailed to you. If you cannot find it, contact your area director.

Rosters

We do not register a team for any event until its roster is full. Requesting an event does not hold a spot.

Gate fees

USA Prime does not pay gate or admission fees. These are handled at the team level and how you collect them is up to you.

Event rosters

Organizations that need a roster built in their own platform, such as PBR and Perfect Game, are the coach's responsibility. We handle entry and payment.

How it works

  1. Research. Browse every event your team is eligible for. Filter by month, distance, cost or organization.
  2. Build. Add what you want to your schedule. Your budget updates as you go.
  3. Submit. Send each season when it is complete. Nothing reaches us until you do.
  4. We handle the rest. We confirm, register and pay. You get an email on every decision.
